Job Description    

-To be a key point of contact between the Company and Customers to address and escalate customers issues/ concerns
-Responsible in generation of proactive ideas & manage them through strategic selling methodology
-Proactively gather and convey business intelligence on marketplace competition and customer needs to theappropriate groups within the organization.
