An awesome opportunity for a Finance & Administration Officer to join a team of professionals in a construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall financial tasks and administrative activities.

Job Description

-Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends
-Manage office supplies stock and place orders
-Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
-Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
-Maintain and update company databases
-Responsible for petty cash Management and Bank reconciliation.
-Update office policies as needed.
-Complies with United of Tanzania tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions
-Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
-Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed
-Arrange travel and accommodations.
-Schedule in-house and external events.
