1. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager /Supervisor, waiter/waitress is responsible for delivering friendly quality and efficient Bar Operations and Stock Management.
2. F&B SERVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Bartenders will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers.
ii. Mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.
iii. maintain positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manne
iv. Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks.
v. Plan and present bar menu.
vi. Serve snacks and drinks to the customer.
vii. Check identification of the guest to make sure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
viii. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
ix. Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes
i. At least form 4 ;level of education
ii. At least 1 year experience in F&B service
